These Terms are effective from February 26, 2026. The seller is Tanos Motorsport Sp. z o.o., VAT: 5242915846, registered at ul. Sokoła 3, Stanisławów Pierwszy, 03-126.
§1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms govern the use of the online store at tanosmotorsport.pl (the "Store"), the placing of orders, payments, delivery, complaints, and consumer withdrawal rights.
1.2. The Store is owned and operated by: Tanos Motorsport Sp. z o.o., VAT: 5242915846, registered at: ul. Sokoła 3, Stanisławów Pierwszy, 03-126. Contact: contact@tanosmotorsport.pl, tel.: +48 571 277 223.
1.3. Use of the Store requires acceptance of these Terms. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of all provisions of these Terms. By continuing to the order placement, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms.
1.4. These Terms are permanently available at tanosmotorsport.pl/terms in a form that allows downloading and printing.
1.5. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms. Changes take effect upon publication. Orders placed before the change are governed by the Terms in force at the time of order.
1.6. These Terms apply to contracts with Consumers and with sole traders acting outside their professional scope.
1.7. The Seller provides services in accordance with Polish law and, where applicable, EU consumer law including Directive 2011/83/EU, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), and Regulation (EU) 524/2013 (ODR).
§2. Definitions
2.1. Seller — Tanos Motorsport Sp. z o.o., VAT 5242915846, ul. Sokoła 3, Stanisławów Pierwszy, 03-126.
2.2. Customer — Any natural or legal person purchasing from the Store.
2.3. Consumer — A Customer who is a natural person purchasing outside their professional or business activity.
2.4. Sole trader acting as Consumer — A sole trader whose purchase is not of a professional nature.
2.5. Store — The online store operated by the Seller at tanosmotorsport.pl.
2.6. Product — An item offered in the Store, in particular aluminium accessories for campervans and overland vehicles.
2.7. Order — A declaration of intent by the Customer expressing a wish to purchase a Product, constituting an offer to conclude a sales contract.
2.8. Sales Contract — A distance contract concluded under these Terms.
2.9. Custom Product — A product manufactured to the Customer's individual specification or clearly personalised.
2.10. GDPR — Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
§3. Placing Orders
3.1. Orders can be placed: via the form on the Store website (24/7), by e-mail at contact@tanosmotorsport.pl, or by phone at +48 571 277 223 on business days 9:00–17:00 CET.
3.2. Placing an order constitutes an offer to conclude a sales contract. The contract is concluded when the Seller sends an order confirmation e-mail to the address provided by the Customer.
3.3. Some products are custom-made and require individual pricing. The order confirmation will include the agreed price, lead time, and payment terms. The contract is concluded upon clear acceptance of these terms by the Customer.
3.4. The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order if the contact details are incorrect, the order appears to be placed in bad faith, or the product is unavailable. The Customer will be promptly notified and any payment refunded.
3.5. The lead time is specified in the order confirmation. Standard production time is 2–6 working weeks unless otherwise agreed.
3.6. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of provided data (dimensions, configuration, delivery address). The Seller is not liable for delays or discrepancies caused by incorrect data.
§4. Prices & Payments
4.1. All prices are gross prices inclusive of VAT. The Seller is a registered VAT taxpayer (PL). Prices do not include delivery costs, which are shown during the ordering process.
4.2. The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time. Changes do not affect already confirmed orders.
4.3. Available payment methods:
- Bank transfer (details provided in the order confirmation);
- PayPal (supports credit cards and PayPal balance);
- Other methods shown on the Store or agreed individually.
4.4. For custom orders, a deposit is required (usually 30–50% of the order value). The remaining amount must be settled before dispatch or collection.
4.5. Payment for standard products is due within 7 days of order confirmation. Non-payment after a reminder may result in order cancellation.
4.6. A VAT invoice is issued upon request and sent electronically to the e-mail address provided.
4.7. Card and PayPal transactions are processed by certified operators. The Seller does not store or process card data.
§5. Delivery
5.1. The Seller ships to Poland and selected European Union countries and the United Kingdom. Please contact support for the current list of served countries.
5.2. Delivery costs depend on parcel dimensions, weight, and destination. The cost is shown before order confirmation.
5.3. Delivery is carried out via courier companies (DHL, DPD, InPost, GlobKurier). The carrier is selected based on the shipment type.
5.4. Estimated delivery from dispatch date:
- Poland: 1–3 business days;
- EU countries: 3–7 business days;
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days.
5.5. The Seller is not liable for delays caused by carriers, force majeure, strikes, natural disasters, or customs clearance disruptions.
5.6. Risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the Customer when the parcel is handed to the carrier. We recommend inspecting the parcel upon delivery — if damaged, a damage report should be completed with the courier present.
5.7. Personal collection is possible at: ul. Sokoła 3, Stanisławów Pierwszy, 03-126 — after prior arrangement with Store support.
5.8. For deliveries outside the EU, the Customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and administrative fees applicable in the destination country.
§6. Right of Withdrawal
Note: The provisions of this section apply only to Consumers and sole traders acting as Consumers.
6.1. The Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date on which the Consumer or a third party designated by the Consumer takes possession of the Product.
6.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must inform the Seller by an unambiguous statement, e.g. by e-mail to contact@tanosmotorsport.pl. The withdrawal form below may be used, though it is not obligatory.
6.3. The withdrawal period is met if the notification is sent before the deadline. For postal or courier dispatch, the postmark date applies.
6.4. Upon effective withdrawal, the Seller will reimburse all payments received from the Consumer, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from a choice of delivery method other than the cheapest standard option), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice.
6.5. Refunds are made using the same payment method used by the Consumer, unless explicitly agreed otherwise. No fees are charged for the refund.
6.6. The Seller may withhold reimbursement until the Product is received back or until the Consumer provides proof of return, whichever comes first.
6.7. The Consumer must return the Product without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the withdrawal date. The direct cost of return is borne by the Consumer. Return address: ul. Sokoła 3, Stanisławów Pierwszy, 03-126.
6.8. Model withdrawal form (optional):
6.9. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal — the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products manufactured to the Consumer's specifications or clearly personalised (all custom products in the Store's offer);
- Products that have been irreversibly combined with other objects after delivery;
- Non-prefabricated products requiring individual dimensional configuration provided by the Consumer.
§7. Complaints & Warranty
7.1. The Seller is liable to the Consumer for non-conformity of the Product with the contract. The warranty period is 2 years from the date of delivery.
7.2. Complaints can be submitted by:

7.3. The complaint should include: name, e-mail or postal address, order number, a precise description of the defect and date of discovery, and the Consumer's request (repair / replacement / price reduction / withdrawal).
7.4. The Seller will process the complaint and respond within 14 calendar days of receipt. Failure to respond within this period is equivalent to accepting the complaint as valid.
7.5. In the case of a defective Product, the Consumer may request repair, replacement, price reduction, or withdrawal from the contract, in accordance with applicable law.
7.6. The warranty does not cover mechanical damage caused by improper installation, use contrary to the intended purpose or instructions, normal wear and tear, or modifications made without the Seller's consent.
7.7. The Seller may offer a commercial guarantee on Products. Guarantee terms are described in the guarantee card or product descriptions and do not exclude statutory warranty rights.
7.8. Out-of-court dispute resolution: The Consumer may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr (Regulation EU 524/2013).
§8. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)
8.1. The controller of personal data is Tanos Motorsport Sp. z o.o., VAT: 5242915846, ul. Sokoła 3, Stanisławów Pierwszy, 03-126. Contact: contact@tanosmotorsport.pl.
8.2. Personal data are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable national law.
8.3. Purposes and legal bases:
- Contract performance — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (processing necessary for order fulfilment, delivery, and payment).
- Legal obligation — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (records retention for 5 years).
- Legitimate interest — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (complaints handling, claims, direct marketing of own products).
- Consent — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (newsletter, analytics and marketing cookies).
8.4. Customer data may be shared with processors acting on behalf of the controller: payment operators (PayPal), courier companies, hosting providers, accounting firms, and e-mail service operators — only to the extent necessary.
8.5. Data are generally not transferred outside the EEA. Where necessary (e.g. Google services), appropriate safeguards are in place (Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission).
8.6. You have the following rights:
- Access and copy of your data (Art. 15 GDPR);
- Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR);
- Erasure — 'right to be forgotten' (Art. 17 GDPR);
- Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR);
- Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR);
- Objection to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21 GDPR);
- Withdrawal of consent at any time — without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
8.7. Rights requests should be sent to contact@tanosmotorsport.pl. Response within 30 days.
8.8. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. In Poland: Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl. In Germany: the competent state-level data protection authority.
§10. Liability
10.1. The Seller takes due care to ensure the information presented in the Store is accurate and up to date. However, the Seller does not warrant that the Service content is error-free or that the Service will operate uninterruptedly.
10.2. Product images are illustrative. The final appearance of the Product — especially custom items — may differ slightly from photographs, while fully complying with the technical description and agreed specification.
10.3. The Seller is not liable for damage arising from improper installation, use contrary to the intended purpose or instructions, normal wear and tear, or modifications made by the Customer without the Seller's consent.
10.4. Liability limitations in 10.1–10.3 do not apply to Consumers where they conflict with mandatory consumer protection law.
10.5. The Seller's liability to non-Consumer Customers is limited to the price paid for the Product. The Seller excludes liability for lost profits.
§11. Final Provisions
11.1. Matters not regulated by these Terms are governed by Polish law and, where applicable, EU consumer law including Directive 2011/83/EU and Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
11.2. Disputes not resolved amicably shall be submitted to the court with jurisdiction over the Seller's registered address (Warsaw) — subject to the Consumer's right to choose the court of their place of residence under mandatory law.
11.3. These Terms are effective from February 26, 2026.
11.4. Previous versions of the Terms are available on request at contact@tanosmotorsport.pl.
11.5. Should any provision of these Terms be found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
