§1. General Provisions
1.1. These terms and conditions define the rules for using the services offered by Tanos Motorsport.
1.2. Placing an order is equivalent to accepting all provisions of these terms and conditions.
1.3. Tanos Motorsport reserves the right to change the terms and conditions. Changes come into force at the moment of their publication on the website.
§2. Orders
2.1. Orders can be placed through the form on the website, by phone or by email.
2.2. Each order is subject to individual pricing by the Tanos Motorsport team.
2.3. The order fulfillment time is set individually and depends on the product specification.
2.4. Tanos Motorsport reserves the right to refuse to fulfill an order without giving a reason.
§3. Payments
3.1. Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit card, or through electronic payment systems.
3.2. Order fulfillment begins after the deposit payment is credited in the amount determined individually.
3.3. Full payment must be settled before product collection or shipment.
§4. Delivery
4.1. Delivery costs are determined individually depending on the product dimensions and delivery location.
4.2. Tanos Motorsport is not responsible for delays resulting from courier companies' operations.
4.3. The risk of damage or loss of goods passes to the customer at the moment of handing the product over to the courier company.
§5. Complaints and Warranty
5.1. All Tanos Motorsport products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty for the period specified in the product specification.
5.2. Complaints should be submitted by email to complaints@tanosmotorsport.com.
5.3. The complaint will be considered within 14 days from the date of its submission.
5.4. The warranty does not cover mechanical damage resulting from improper use of the product.
§6. Final Provisions
6.1. In matters not regulated by these terms and conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
6.2. Any disputes arising from the execution of orders will be resolved by the court competent for the registered office of Tanos Motorsport.
6.3. The terms and conditions come into force on January 1, 2023.
